Hi, Mi name is Karol Melara, I´m new in Longueuil, I arrived with a work permit and I have 15 year of Human Resources experiencie in development and recuitment of talent. I would to support any company in administrative or operations durties. I speak spanish and english, I´m on the waiting list for the french classes. I have social skill and always listen to the staff and deal based what they tell me so they can understand exactly what they are looking for.
I learn new systems quickly, in the companies where I have worked I have managed many of their own systems without problems. I can management microfost offices (excel, word, power point) and Visio. I am a person who adapts easily, since I have worked in the textile industry, port terminal and in the pharmaceutical industry and laboratories.
